Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed at checkout before order processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted on unused products within 30 of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
• 25% restocking fee for all returns.

Product Warranties

• CarbonCraft™ cookware and shop accessories are made to last. However, due to natural variations in steel and seasoning, we do not guarantee a permanent nonstick finish.
• Ryoxx is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or modifications to products.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to ship orders promptly, but delays may occur due to carrier issues or backorders.
• Once an order has shipped, Ryoxx is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Ryoxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
